Yes. Closet organization is one of our core services in Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Potomac, Rockville and Silver Spring. We work on reach-in and walk-in closets. Each job starts with emptying the closet and editing what stays. Then we set up zones and storage that fit the space. We also quote closet projects in Gaithersburg and Germantown, which may carry a travel fee.
Yes. We're NASMM SMM-C certified — one of fewer than 80 in the mid-Atlantic. We've moved residents into Maplewood Park Place (Bethesda), Riderwood (Silver Spring), Goodwin Living, Ingleside at King Farm (Rockville), and a handful of others. We coordinate the move-in floor plan, unpack everything, hang the art, and the resident walks into a finished apartment.
About half are whole-home edits in single-family colonials (4-6 sessions, 2-organizer crew, 3-4 weeks elapsed time). The other half are post-move unpacks for federal-relocation families — 48 to 72 hours, full-home, kitchen-functional-by-bedtime.
Most MoCo projects book 2 to 3 weeks out. Senior moves with hard closing dates jump the queue. Bethesda has the most flexibility because we route the team through there most weeks.
