Written scope and estimate
Within 48 hours you receive a one-page written scope: rooms, hours, product budget at wholesale, schedule, and a 60-day tune-up clause. Built from your photos, room measurements, and a short phone or email back-and-forth.
Project day
Your team arrives at the scheduled start time. Two to four organizers, the same crew start to finish, working room-by-room until the scope is delivered. You meet your lead organizer on day one.

No. Written estimates are free for organizing, unpacking, and decluttering projects. Senior move management projects with complex inventory needs sometimes include a small assessment fee that gets credited back if you book the project.
Yes — photos with a room-by-room note are the fastest path to a written estimate. We can usually quote within one business day from a phone or email back-and-forth. The team only comes on-site once the project actually starts. Send photos with your inquiry and we'll come prepared.
Within one business day for inquiries that arrive Monday through Saturday. Inquiries from Sunday get answered first thing Monday. If a project has a hard closing date or move-out date, mention it in the note — we triage by deadline urgency.
1730 M Street NW, Suite 600, Washington, DC 20036. We work out of a small office near McPherson Square. You're welcome to visit by appointment, but for organizing projects we come to your home — the rooms are where the work actually happens.
For most projects our calendar runs 2 to 3 weeks out. Senior moves with hard CCRC move-in dates and federal-relocation unpacks with a fixed PCS date get priority slotting. Mention the deadline in your message and we'll usually find a way.
