Every project follows the same arc. The scale flexes — a single closet runs in one day, a senior downsize spans six weeks — but the structure is the same.

Scope + session plan
We name the categories you want to edit — clothing, paper, kitchen, sentimental — based on your inquiry and a quick phone call, then quote a session block in writing.

Edit sessions
3-5 hour blocks per category. We do the physical lifting; you make the keep / donate decisions. Faster than KonMari-from-scratch because we know the system.

Same-day donation pickup (clothing, household, books), shred service for documents, hauler routing for furniture. You don't load anything.
