One office. Three jurisdictions. Eighteen towns.
Our office sits at 1730 M Street NW, three blocks from Dupont Metro. From there we reach Georgetown in 12 minutes, Bethesda in 18, Arlington in 15, and Old Town Alexandria in 25. The team meets in DC every Monday morning and fans out across the DMV the rest of the week.
- Inside the Beltway: standard rates, no travel fee. That covers DC, Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Arlington, Alexandria, McLean.
- Outer DMV ring: Potomac, Rockville, Vienna, Fairfax, Reston, Falls Church, Ashburn. No surcharge, but two-hour minimums on shorter visits.
- Out-of-area: beyond 35 miles from M Street we add a flat travel fee. Call us — most of these work out.

We try not to overstretch the team. A few areas we either don't serve at all, or only with a travel fee:
- Outside the Beltway commercial work. We organize homes, not offices or retail. If you're looking for office archiving, we can refer you out.
- Loudoun County north of Ashburn. Leesburg, Purcellville, Lovettsville — we'll quote you, but expect a travel fee depending on where you are.
- Anne Arundel County (Annapolis area). Outside the radius. We can refer to a NAPO colleague there.
- Baltimore City and County. Same — out of the 35-mile radius from our 1730 M Street NW office.
If you're right on the edge, call anyway. Diana keeps a short list of trusted referrals when we can't take a project.
