Four phases. One written scope.
Every project follows the same arc. The scale flexes — a single closet runs in one day, a senior downsize spans six weeks — but the structure is the same.
Phase 1
Discovery + space planning
We tour the current home and the new space together. Floor plans, measuring, what fits and what doesn't. We send a written plan within five business days.
Phase 2
Sort + decide
Two to four sessions, 3-4 hours each. You decide what stays, what goes to family, what donates. We do the labeling, packing, and routing.
Phase 3
Move day
We're at both ends — old home and new — coordinating movers, directing placement, unpacking essentials. You arrive to a livable space.
Phase 4
Settle in
First-week visits to fine-tune. Pharmacy, mail, security system, neighbor introductions if it's a CCRC. We keep coming back until it feels like home.
